Spiral round ducts are manufactured from galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel strips, with diameters ranging from 100 to 2500 mm and lengths from 0.5 to 6 meters.
The standard length of each duct section is 3 meters. The thickness range of the duct varies depending on the material used.
The spiral seam provides high mechanical strength while ensuring airtightness and minimizing leakage.
The smooth inner surface of the duct reduces frictional losses to a minimum.
By adding additional corrugations along the duct circumference, the strength can be significantly increased, enabling the production of lighter and more economical ducts compared to longitudinal seam ducts or rectangular ducts of equivalent size.
Corrugated spiral ducts are produced using this method.
Higher strength compared to longitudinal seam round ducts
Very low air leakage
Less noise generation compared to rectangular ducts
More uniform airflow and proper air distribution
Lower pressure drop compared to rectangular ducts
Reduced energy loss due to smaller surface area
Quick and easy installation
Fewer flanges and supports required
Easier insulation
Available in galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel depending on application
Attractive appearance
Reduced delivery time thanks to pre-fabrication and stocking of standard ducts and fittings
Operating temperature: -20°C to +250°C
Fittings are used for air distribution, duct size transitions, and changes in duct direction within the duct network.
All fittings are manufactured with precise tolerances to ensure proper and easy assembly.
Types of fittings:
Slip joint (inside duct)
Gasketed joint
Flanged joint
Fittings can be manufactured from galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel, depending on customer requirements.
